How did you get started in MTB?
Just riding bikes around with the friends: I was 15, we were just jumping off rocks, roots and anything off the streets. I didn’t even know it was a sport back then!
At what point did you start taking biking really seriously and realise your ambitions to pursue it as your profession?
I took it seriously when I was 15 and realised that the feeling i was getting from riding and sending it wasn’t comparable to anything I ever felt before.
What’s been your favourite moment so far in your career?
Jumping over a train in Canada following my best friend and riding a full qualify run at Red Bull rampage in Utah.
Where is your favourite place to ride?
British Columbia in Canada, Utah in the U.S.A., and for Europe, The Alps.
What are you planning in the future that you are stoked on?
I have many ideas with content and video creation, not only as an athlete, but also as a director and filmmaker. It is something very new to me, I hope I can accomplish all my creative dreams, it’s my biggest obsession at the moment.
If you weren’t riding bikes, what would you like to be doing?
Doing some other sport like surfing, skiing or moto and filming or trying to be creative in some other way.
Who should we be looking out for in the riding scene?
Ethan Nell and Adolf Silva. 2 fuckin’ groms that are definitely ready to send it.
To the readers who are looking to pursue a career in MTB, what advice would you give them?
Stop thinking, just go for it.
