Prior to owning these glasses, I was just a mere peasant that showered only three to four times a year. I had no air in my tires, my chain was rusted, and it felt better to ride without a seat installed. Then one day in an outcry of desperation, my mom bought me these glasses in hopes that I would not hit my 45th birthday without kissing a girl. The moment I put them on, I could feel the electricity in the air striking down any mere mortal that was within a slight distance of my hands. Birds swooped down from the trees and landed on my shoulders, mushrooms grew under me to provide a plush throne to sit upon. Mammals and lizards alike flocked to bask in the presence of my newly reinvented persona. It had finally happened, I bursted out of my shell in a monimentous triumpheny war cry and screamed "I'm the king of the trail Bitches!" Now whenever I roll up to the trail head, the rocks move out of the way for me as I effortlessly shred as if I were on an ebike. One would ask me if I would recommend these to a friend and I would say that yes. Yes you should, now kneel before me you shuckeling swine and pay tribute to the king baby!
These glasses are by far the best trail riding glasses I have used and I’m not just saying that because use are supporting me with melon products because I have used other brands in the past including Oakley and pit viper and these are by far the most comfortable, customisable and best all round glasses for a good price.
I’ve got 2 pairs of Melon glasses. The Alleycats and now the Kingpins. And they are both just great.
I use the prescription insert on both and the vision is crystal clear. I’ve tried cheaper makes, but they were just awful. Melon’s are just brilliant.
