All custom eyewear orders placed weekdays before 2pm (Central Europe Time) are built and shipped the same day from our Austria HQ. Choose a shipping method to suit your needs at the checkout and relax, you won't need to pay any customs fees or duty!

365 days any reason returns are accepted for all products that are unused. Returns are free of charge for all UK orders.

It's simple. If you break your eyewear due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it, free of charge.

  2. Take them to your regular optician with your prescription
  3. Get back to sending it with perfect vision

FAQ’s

This product is only for the optical insert without a prescription lens. The lens fitting will need to be done. in this case by your own optician.

The optical insert can accommodate a prescription up to +6/-6.
